1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, other than search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any related system;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it;
• copy, frame, or mirror the Site or any part of it without written permission; or
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who breaches these terms.

2. Booking and communications

Booking a call through the Site does not create a contract for leads. A contract for leads is formed only when you complete onboarding and accept the Service Terms. By submitting your contact details through a booking form, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. Pricing and lead definitions that bind us are those in the Service Terms in effect when you accept them.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, design, and code, are owned by HomeForge Leads or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "HomeForge Leads" and the HomeForge Leads mark are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without obligation to you.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, including a scheduling widget for booking calls and a payment processor (Whop) for clients. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeForge Leads disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Content on the Site is for general information and may change without notice. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeForge Leads and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $100. Liability for leads, billing, and replacements is governed exclusively by the Service Terms. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeForge Leads from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site that is not governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the Service Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

10. General

• These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and, for clients, the Service Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
• If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder stays in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
• Headings are for convenience only.
